About Dr. Fantuzzo

Born and raised in Rochester, New York, and a Hoosier by marriage, Dr.  Fantuzzo is fulfilling a boyhood dream of practicing dentistry.  A severe facial injury sustained as a child left him in need of extensive dental reconstruction.  Throughout the rehabilitation process, he became aware of the power dentistry has to enhance one’s confidence and self-esteem.  This prompted him to pursue a dental career.

He completed his pre-dental studies at Indiana University in Bloomington. After graduating from the State University of New York at Buffalo's School of Dental Medicine in 1990, he completed a general practice residency at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. He serves Kokomo with nearly 20 years of experience turning worn and broken smiles into smiles that look and feel fantastic.

Dr. Fantuzzo is committed to pursuing the highest level of continuing education, and is has completed advanced training at the L. D. Pankey Instititute, the Center for Advanced Dental Studies, Misch International Implant Instititute, Invisalign, and Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation.

He believes that longevity, quality of life, and a sense of well-being are all enhanced by a comprehensive and well-designed oral health care plan, and is dedicated to making these goals attainable for all of his patients.

Dr. Fantuzzo and his wife, Stephanie, have twin teenage sons, John and James.  As a family, they enjoy sports, travel and outdoor activities together.  Oh yes, pizza and wings are a favorite on movie night!
